What is Labs?
Labs is a small design and build studio. It designs and builds websites, software, mobile apps and automation, with people at every step, from the first call to launch. You talk to the people doing the work.
How does a project with Labs work?
In four steps. First call: a 30-minute call, all about your idea. Explore: we talk it through with you and help you validate the idea. Decide: you decide whether it is worth building. Build: if it is, we build it and stay with it.
Is the first meeting a call?
Yes. The first meeting is a 30-minute call, all about your idea. Bring the idea, not a brief.
How much does a project cost?
A website build is €999, in euros, for a home page and 3 sub pages, 3 revisions and an onboarding call. Software, mobile apps and automation are priced by quote.
How do I follow my project?
In the client dashboard. It shows where your project is, the updates from the team and your site as it stands today, on the desktop and the phone. You can write or dictate a change, send it to the team and see everything you have sent.
Does Labs stay with it after launch?
Yes. When it is live, we keep looking after it, and it is yours to keep.
