Each strip is a day of sun on the house's main face, one bar for every half hour from 05:00 to 23:00. The dot is the sun you set. Rest on a house and the sun goes to its best hour.

How it works

One day of sun, in three stops.

    1 We talk.

    Tell us how you want to live in the light: coffee in the sun, a cool bedroom, a terrace at six. We listen first, then name the houses that fit.

    “Coffee in the sun by seven. A cool room for the afternoons.”

  2. Midday

    2 You see it in its light.

    We book your visit for the hour you care about. First light, long afternoon, last light. You walk the house when the sun is where you want it.

  3. Evening

    3 You make an offer.

    If it is the one, we put the offer together with you, plainly, and tell you what happens next. No pressure and no theatre.
